Movin' Out (Tour)

Description

A year before the Broadway show came to a close Tharp launched a national tour of Movin’ Out. The tour ran for nearly five and a half years and made stops in 82 American cities. International performances in Canada (2005), London and Tokyo (2006) were also added.

Notes:

The first national tour of Movin' Out opened in Detroit, Michigan on January 27, 2004 and ran until January 21, 2007 for 1,111 performances.

International performances were presented in Canada (2005), London and Tokyo (2006).

The second national tour of Movin' Out opened in Atlantic City, New Jersey on June 14, 2007 and ran until June 15, 2008.

The third national tour of Movin' Out opened in LaCrosse, Wisconsin on November 28, 2008 and ran until May 17, 2009.
